Weather Suspends Braves/Wingate Soccer Match

WINGATE – Sunday evening’s scheduled men’s soccer match-up between UNCP and region rival Wingate was suspended with just more than 10 minutes remaining in the first half due to severe weather. The game will not be made up.

UNCP is scheduled to travel to Misenheimer on Friday for a 4 p.m. contest at Pfeiffer on Friday. Wingate’s next contest is scheduled for Saturday at Limestone.
