Women’s Golf Adds Two During Early Signing Period

PEMBROKE – The UNC Pembroke women's golf team added a pair of weapons to its artillery on Tuesday morning as Amanda Levy and Savannah Thompson each inked their names to National Letters of Intent to continue their athletic and academic careers with the Braves, head coach David Synan announced.

Levy, a Wake Forest native, is a four-time all-conference and academic all-conference selection at Wake Forest-Rolesville High School. Thompson is a product of West End and a four-time all-conference standout for Pinecrest High School. Both are expected to compete for top-5 playing time immediately.
